- How long have you been at Christian Chapel, & how did you come to serve in your current role?
Donna & I began attending Christian Chapel when the church was only a few years old. During our first decade at the church I owned my own small oil business & we volunteered in many areas at Christian Chapel. During this time I served on the board of deacons & as the volunteer worship leader. In the late 80′s, early 90′s I felt that God was calling me to pastoral ministry. At this time I enrolled at the ORU Seminary. As I was finishing my degree I was hired as an Associate Pastor at Christian Chapel. In 1995, I was elected to serve as the Senior Pastor of Christian Chapel. - What is one of your favorite things about Christian Chapel?
The serious commitment that people have made to follow Jesus & live sacrificially for him. I enjoy the family feeling of our church that is expressed through our care for each other. I love the multi-generational emphasis of Christian Chapel; it’s wonderful to have many generations worshipping, growing, and serving together. - What do you enjoy about living in Tulsa?
