Chapel Kids
Chapel Kids is for all kids from three years to 6th grade. Our Children’s Pastor, Joe Tanner, joe@christianchapel.com, oversees all aspects of Chapel Kids.
Nursery – The Christian Chapel nursery is for children 2 years & under. All nursery workers pass an annual background check and receive yearly training. Nursery is available during all Sunday & Wednesday services and for many special events. Parents can rest assured when their child is in the loving and capable hands of our professional nursery staff.
Sunday morning
- 3-4 year olds; Pre-K & Kindergarten – meet in newly renovated classrooms in our Kids Wing for the entire service. They enjoy an age appropriate learning experience utilizing songs, games, crafts, videos, and object lessons.
- 1st-6th Graders meet in Kids Blast following their dismissal from the worship service. In Kids Blast they will sing, play games, and learn about Jesus in a memorable, age appropriate setting.
Sunday evening: Kids Programs are provided the 1st & 3rd Sunday evening of each month at 6:00 p.m. Sunday nights for kids are focused on growing in their relationships with God by enjoying their time with each other. It’s a more informal and laid back setting that kids love!
Wednesday evening: Children have the opportunity to attend gender & age specific classes that are designed to help them grow in their relationship with God in a way that is both fun and challenging for them. Wednesday evening activities are from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A family meal is served from 5:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. each Wednesday to help families with busy schedules.
Special Events: Each year our children have several opportunities to grow in their relationship with God and others through a variety of Big Events & small activities.
